This is a fun, and yet simple idea. We’ve been discussing Rumple’s fate for the end of the Season for quite some time. With the Season finale fast approaching, perhaps now is time to tally up our predictions. We have three options to choose from. Originally I thought about just having the options be “Yes, he will die” and “No, he will not die”, but I figured it was fair to include the middle option “Yes, he will die, but be revived yet again.”
For the record, I’m currently predicting that Rumple won’t die, while my fellow moderator RG is predicting that he will. It’ll be interesting to see who predicted correctly.

I think that counts as rump dies and stays dead. Him appearing in flashbacks is a given since Rump knows everyone 😛

Yeah, this is strictly concerning present day Rumple. Anyone can come back for flashbacks.
I believe he will either die or almost die, and be revived by either Belle, Henry, or the author’s shenanigans. (I’m hoping by Belle.)

Not sure it really needs to its own option. If it were the Dark One entity that dies, while Rumple himself lives, does that really count as Rumple dying? Depending how it plays out, such a scenario could fall under the 2nd option, where Rumple “dies”, but it’s not permanent.
i think we are overcomplicating it:
If rump dies, and never returns, except in flashbacks, he is dead.
If he lives, whether it be with his powers or without, then he lives.
