I didn’t want to see WW be a “hero”…… oops
Gold is a dead man walking – too icky for me; the idea of him with Belle……sorry, that’s just so messed up
Yeah, NOT interested in seeing Gold and Zelena romance or sex/slave relationship ……
Barely any Belle…..I adore Gold, he’s my favorite character, but I love Belle and she’s being shut out again

I LOVED the Regina and Emma scenes! oh the feels!!! I am becoming more and more into Swan/Queen!!!but the more they ignore the elephant in the room, the more I’m hating these episodes so far!
the elephant in the room is, of course, the fact that Rumpelstiltskin is NOT THERE. but so far only Charming mentions it *in passing* as if it doesn’t matter, and Regina mentions it in passing to Zelena – and she seems more sorry that her MOTHER is dead – the woman who singlehandedly destroyed her life and over whom we had an entire scene of her crying over her casket (two scenes, actually) but her teacher? the person who taught her EVERYTHING (magic and important life lessons) the man she always ran to when she was feeling sad or angry, her best frenemy in the whole world? no emotion at all!
in fact the only person who shows ANY interest in talking about the most powerful dark one the world has ever seen is Zelena, and she is horrible to him.
I HATED seeing him act insane again. I don’t care if it was real or pretend, it was horrible. and just as I suspected, he is completely “undone” his golden heart is gone, and all that’s left is the crazy dark one. I hate it.
and meanwhile everyone in the enchanted forest and storybrooke is ignoring the fact the he’s gone. no one feels the emptiness without him. I know that Blue made the memory potion, but Regina tried to make copies of it and while she was frustrated, it would have been very appropriate for her to say “damit, I wish Gold were here, he’d have made that potion easily” or something
or she could have told Robin hood that Rumpelstiltskin taught her how to make her own sleeping potion, or charming could have said, you know, he saved me from dreamshade or I don’t know…
and the worst part? Belle and Bae just follow everyone around in the EF. WHY? why aren’t they leaving the group and going to the dark castle to look for a way to get Rumpel back? didn’t Belle say that she thinks they could get him back?
as much as I love the swan/queen moment, the lack of feeling the great big void of no Gold to run to with everyone’s problems is killing the story for me.
no one is annoyed that he is gone, that he can’t help them with all this new craziness.

No idea why you think they’re going in that direction. It’s a Sunday 8pm show run by Disney.
Even with Regina/Graham, A and E have maintained that Graham had free will and REgina never locked him in a cage.
There ARE lines Disney/ABC wont let them cross. That’s one of them.
We’re only two episodes in, it’s hard to say what’s coming. I loved Belle using her book knowledge last night in the EF. And I think whatever is wrong with Rumple a good dose of TLK might cure it.

I think they want a deeper discussion then what usually occurs in my thread FAVORITES and Least Favorite …. I found these as interesting points to consider.

well i hate it that they are not mentioning rumplestiltskin but i think that that is in part due to editing so many things into the episodes. they dont have time for that dialogue i suppose, for snow and charming perhaps at some points during that year they comented on missing rumplestiltskin but its been a year for them since he “died” now i dont like that emma does not mention him but such is life.
Magic always comes with a price, so I pay with visa.

OMG that was one of my favorite Things :O I rejoiced having crazy evil Rumple back. Only bad is that he might not have any control himself if he is gonna be controlled by Z. I loved what he said/chanted “feed the madness and it feeds on you” 🙂 is he the main course now or does he have a plan? Perhaps what is really ment by that is that he is gonna feed on Z?
We are only 2 episodes in! We don’t know what’s coming- Belle and Rumple’s story hasn’t really gotten going yet. You are all making assumptions again. Let it play out.
I’ve really liked 3B so far and personally, I’m fascinated with Rumple’s situation. What on earth happened to him? Where did he go and how was he brought back? I still think Belle is going to be a hero.
Belle didn’t do a lot in 313, but I loved that she was the one who knew of Oz! At least she was there with the group. I think Belle and Neal will be going off on their own shortly.

Well they went there with Graham and Regina, but yeah – I think you’re probably right. I think WW will use her sexuality, but obviously we can see Gold does NOT want to do ANYTHING with her – he’s trying to ward her off. What if has been sexually aggressive with Gold for the past year and each time he refuses, she treats him worse. Maybe she doesn’t feed him or let him out of the prison (in FTL) even for some fresh air…I imagine that Gold would fight with everything he has, thinking about Belle, dreaming of her, imagining her. Maybe WW taunts him …oh my poor, sweet baby.
2 episodes in and Belle has all of 3 minutes of screen time. She’s not mentioned in the Tower press release – but everyone else basically is, except for Neal. I mean, if they don’t set off on this “big adventure” in 314, that means that everything happens in 315…… Ugh, that really bothers me. I really really wish they’d demote Emilie and let her find work worthy of her because Belle is a regular in name only – she’s recurring, really, and she’s completely wasted. If it meant the end of Rumbelle, so be it….it’s not like we get them anyway.
Oh and I don’t think “insane” Gold is evil at all…………first of all, I think he’s very likely faking, but even if he’s not, who could blame him for going insane, locked up like that? Of course he has a lot to fight for…… He needs to fight so that this is not all on Belle’s shoulder…. BUT, that’s not the point of my post, so back to my message.
Angie, I love your positive attitude, but being VERY skeptical of Belle’s story is a very valid point and there are many like me who are very upset that 3B is starting out like any other season. I’m not interested in seeing her and Neal set off on an adventure in 315 and have that be the end of it……. that’s just A/E trying to stuff her story in one episode because they don’t intend to tell her story beyond that. Rumbelle barely exists anymore…..S2 apart, all of S3 basically……and it actually appears that everyone is going to Kansas or wherever except for Belle ( recent filming photos show the main cast, but not Emilie). She’s a regular in name only – she should be dropped to recurring. I only hesitate to say this because I guess Em is happy despite her lack of work, but she truly deserves better.
I’m curious to see if I make it through this season, lol

My standard response for press release troubles: ABC is incredibly biased when it comes to their press releases and they often do not reflect the actual plot.
Go read 308’s press release for present day NL. Makes it sound like Hook and Tink go to Skull Rock to Save Henry, not Regina, Neal and Emma (and Rumple)
