Wendy and Bae’s Timeline does not add up.

And off the coast of our FictionalLondon, lies the island of Neverland. Isn’t that how it is in Barrie’s stories? Its depicted as an island or an island in the sky.
So yeah I am all for fictional London.
You don’t have to travel to Neverland through magic bean from Fictional London; just fly. So it makes sense they are in the same “world” or “realm”, and they can go back and forth between Neverland and Fictional London. If it was our “real world London”, they would need a bean. But they don’t, so it makes sense if FictionalLondon and Neverland are all part of one realm in a way.
It is also hard to determine “6 mo after what??’
The logical explanation is after the portal, but who knows? Ahh!
My husband and I will be on a cruise next Sunday. I am so glad we had the 8 minute preview because we will have to wait til we port mon. or tues. on a tropical island to find wi-fi to watch it! 😆 priorities on vacation.

I’ve just posted some comparison pictures over in “Spoilers for 2×22″… that could help us with the timeline, if indeed he is wearing the same clothes/jacket…
What do you guys think? At this point I need some extra eyes because while it is definitely not the cape from The Return, I think at the very least the jacket (jackets?) have definite similarities.

Well it seems as if that it was 6 months after he came out of the vortex. But to quote a very wise doctor…

So I was thinking that magic may be like space travel in that it’s big wibbly wobbly stuff. Then I think it would take long distances and time to travel especially if forging a new path–much like when hiking you see the smaller trails people use created to take their own paths…not enough people and the path remains rugged difficult to hike. Now with the actual trail itself it’s been forged, heavily used so it maintains its functionality and ease of relative use. That could be why Hatter’s portals are so “easy” to use in that he uses them often, and with magic it connects the worlds without causing damage to either world.

Then with our world that has no natural magic (or at least the kind found elsewhere) for Bae to come to us, it would take more time and possibly luck to find the crack in our reality to enter through and that is why so off course from our believed timeline. Now again to bring up the doctor, there is the void between parallel dimensions maybe there is a void between our world and the worlds of magic? The curse that Regina cast was one of immense power and all that power to create Storybrooke. Perhaps to fully navigate from that world, the void (where space and time does not exist), then to ours requires a great deal of magic, control and power…

Also I was thinking that it could be similar to a sphere. If you cut straight across the “equator” the distance crossed is quite long but as you go down to the “pole” and do the same thing the distance is shorter. So perhaps the bean has the ability to gauge the power needed to cross into a land, what amount of power that would need and chooses a path that reach the destination… like saving fuel or energy or magic by “driving” economically so that it has enough magic to break through?

I don’t get it either after 6 months he meets Wendy because he has the same clothes on when he was with Hook. But wasn’t the 1st time he was in England, then 6 months later his is back ❓

Forgot to add when when Wendy’s mother asked about his parents he said that they were dead he had already meet Hook because he has the clothes on from being with Hook, and how would he know if his mother was dead only by Hook could have confirmed this. So what did he do 6 months before this then? ❓

Are we absolutely positive that the clothes are the same because I really think Bae was living on the London streets for 6 months before he met Wendy, lived with her family for about a month and then was taken to NL by the shadow where he met Hook for the first time?
He was wearing his nightclothes when he was taken to NL and I suspect that Hook will give Bae new clothes if Bae decides to join Hook’s crew.

I think the links above confirm they are the same clothes from Hook if I am not mistaken–don’t have the best eyes. 😉

He is wearing a different shirt (see the bit of white in the second pic?)
Also the jacket in the second picture looks less beat up. In London his clothes were much dirtier and well worn.
Thus, I think Hook gives him new clothes and our timeline looks like this:
Bae comes to London and lives with the Darling Family
Bae sacrifices himself for Michael Darling and is taken to NL
