I have white hand-knit lap blanket that I pass everyday that reminds me of Emma’s baby blanket. It’s a different pattern and the only thing in common with Emma’s blanket is the color, but I just realized why I probably think of it. It’s the last thing my mom knit before she passed away. Emma’s blanket is the last, and only thing, she has of her mother.

On that note, as a knitter myself I wonder if someone has come up with a pattern for Emma’s blanket. It’s a large garter stitch, that I can tell. Similarly, there is a lot of knitting in Harry Potter and tons of patterns associated with the books. I assume someone will eventually dissect the blanket and create a pattern.

Jup, I forgot her name, but the woman of the OUaT Fan Podcast has it. Here’s the link:

Here’s where she also gives tips, etc:

LOL, today I passed a girl in a car who had colored the top of her hair red like the color of Red’s beret. At first I thought she was wearing a red beret, then I realized it was her hair colored like Ruby’s on OUaT. Then I laughed at myself because I am so sold on the show. 😆

I was watching an episode of Stargate Universe with my boyfriend and there was a scene, where Rush said, ‘Like what magic?!’

    😆 😆 we both laughed.

He’s called Woody Wulf and is by a truly cute brand called Nici. They’ve got such great stuff!

Here’s a link with loads of merchandise with Woody Wulf. ^.^ You can change the language to English in the upper right corner.

    edited to add:
On Friday I read a book and while I read it I just had to think of the Charming family. In the book this couple gives their daughter to another family member to take care of and then they jump back in time (the whole story is about time jumpers), because it’s the only way to keep her safe. When I read it my mind just went “Hm, not going to a different world, but to a different time. Parents always act the same, lol.”
If anyone’s interested, it’s called Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier and it’s the first book of her gemstone trilogy. 😉
