What if it’s not the shock therapy thing that makes her look dead–what if she finally gets wraithed? It’s not like the mark went away–they just sent the wraith back to FTL. And it hasn’t been mentioned since Mulan and Aurora went off to try to save Phillip’s soul, but I’m certain it’s coming back.

And then the Charmings and Rumple–perhaps this leads to his undoing–will have to rescue her.

I don’t think Rumple would willingly rescue Regina. He’d rather let her die especially after everything she’s done to Belle.
