That makes so much sense based on what's been released about this scene. Apparently, Snow, Emma, Nealfire, and Charming were all seen outside and inside of the Pawn shop but no Gold. Someone on twitter asked the crew where he was and were told he wasn't filming that day. So, maybe Rumpel's been taken by Hook (or after a bitter confrontation with Bae, has decided to turn himself over to Hook and be killed – thinking his death is the only way to make up for the misery he's caused everyone around him..). Seems like a very 'Bae' thing to do – saving his father because of the man he was despite anger.
Oooh. That's both exciting and a bit chilling. With that particular group, I also have to wonder where Henry is. They could be looking for him at Gold's shop too. Hook could have more than one hostage, or he could be going after Rumple through Henry in some other fashion.

Found another spoiler pic that fits with what is happening. I can’t copy and paste from my Vita so I’ll name threads and describe it under the tags. Potentially big spoiler involved.
In Season Two General Spoilers you can find the photo in both Cora and Regina or in s-2 spoiler links. It shows Regina and Cora combining magic to bust down the door to Gold's shop. Looks like he and/or Henry could be taken by the queens. Maybe they give Rumple to Hook, or Hook might be their first line of defense when Neal and the Charming family come knocking.Did anyone see Naelfire/Michael’s last tweet? He explains the photo;

Okay, if Neal is both Baelfire & Peter Pan – Is it at all possible that Hook and Peter met [in Neverland] and actually became friends, as opposed to enemies? In “The Outsider” when Hook is preventing Belle from stealing back Baelfire’s shawl, he says to her, “What makes you think his son wants to be found? I’m doing that boy a favour.” It hinted, to me at least, that he knew Baelfire very well, and that Baelfire shared confidences with him.
There are twists on this show. Here, Red is also the Wolf. Rumpel is also the Crocodile. It could be possible that Hook and Peter are good friends, not enemies. That’s my impression, anyway.
Possible, but if Bae was Pan I’d expect more of a complicated frenemies dynamic than straight friendship. Hook knows that Emma was “abandoned” without her confiding it. If he and Pan were adversaries for a couple hundred years Hook would still be in a position to learn a lot, and they might easily develop respect for one another. If Bae isn’t Pan at all, Hook could still be quite perceptive about him.
Regarding the photo stuff and all this:
I think, Hook is the only person it would make sense for Neal to be fighting with that sword. Gaston showed us in season 1 why you don't bring a sword to a magic fight. That leaves Cora and Regina out. Smee is a rat, and he never struck me as a fighter. Large beasts should be fought with something more like a broadsword, which is bigger, double-edged, and designed more for damage than speed. Charming's sword would be a classic example. The movie cutlass is generally closer to the sabre end of the spectrum, but it's still a design that has good speed, does plenty of damage, and works well in close quarters such as a cramped ship. Hook could switch sides during the fight though.Lol, I wouldn’t take MRJ’s tweet too literally. He is probably just tired (or making fun of) the whole bashing comments he receives from a lot of Captain Swanner’s, because a few tweets earlier he confessed that he ships SwanThief. He has a great sense of humor. 😆
He looks so cute with that sword. Anytime I see a sword fight, I always say the line, “I have a secret. I am not left-handed” in my head. Which is odd because I am left-handed…maybe that’s why the quote sticks out.
Let’s just hope it’s not Charming he’s fighting. 😆 Daddy dearest might not be too thrilled to have Emma’s baby daddy who abandoned her back in the picture.
Between Dad and Gramps, Henry is going to be a master sword fighter by the time he’s 12. 😛
