One thing is bothering me though – Greg phoned Regina about Henry – WHY? He could’ve just as easily assumed that Henry is yet another boy that Regina wanted to ‘posses’ – in the end the boy was running as if seven hells were chasing him. Owen/Greg could’ve just helped him to ‘escape’ by not notifying Regina at all… Is he trying to score favours? Why?

Greg/Owen doesn’t realize that Henry’s mother and Regina Mills are the same woman. When Greg/Owen took the photo of Henry’s backpack, it had his name and phone number on it, but I doubt it had his mom’s name on it. Greg just asked, “Is this Henry’s mom?” without realizing to whom he was actually speaking. He thought he was doing the right thing by contacting the runaway’s mother out of concern for the Henry’s well-being.

Henry is an interesting exception, since although born in Arizona, both of his parents are from the EF and remained uncursed, which is possibly why he could cross the town line. I doubt Regina could adopt any random kid from the outside world (besides Owen/Greg who was already inside the town limit), and that is why she could only adopt Henry, who happens to be a fairytale character born in the outside world.

Remember, Henry didn’t go HOME alone. Emma brought him. He was allowed to leave because he wasn’t part of the curse, just like Owen. I happen to believe that if Henry tried to go back alone or with anyone besides Emma, August or Neal, the same thing that happened to Owen would have happened to him. Just imagine how crazy he would have felt then!

Does he want to expose them? Far as he knows, no one can get into that town. I imagine he has spent years driving down that road trying to break the barrier. Remember, at the moment he broke through, Rumpel and Belle were standing ON the line, like keeping a door open. So he is probably doubtful about getting outside help. He probably wants to figure out exactly what he is dealing with, so he can find his father and get out safely. The other thing, he is a sci-fi fan (star wars ring tone) so maybe he is thinking they are aliens or something. Even seeing Regina levitate things might make him think of the “force” rather than magic. Similar I suppose but magic is crazier!

I agree completely, he probably thinks they’re all aliens. I love that they made him a life-long Star Wars fan!

The pictures on his phone were of him all over the Maine coast, clearly searching for Storybrooke. But 28 years had passed, and his memory of the place had to have faded a lot, so maybe it was his first time on that road or not, but like Neal said, there are no coincidences! Also his ability to cross the line could be because he was there when the curse hit.

I do think he wants to expose them though, the same way some people want to find bigfoot or reveal the existence of Area 51. His “Her,” whoever she is, is almost certainly his partner in finding “the truth.”
