So the Wicked Witch (aka Zelena) needed a drop of Regina’s blood. Why is that do you think? I think it must have something to do with blood magic because Regina and Zelena are really sisters. After all, she’s taken over residence at Regina’s castle. Zelena said she would have her revenge now that she had this potion. What do you think the potion could be used for? Is this part of the new curse? Or could the potion be used for something else?

Well. I think @WickedRegal is right: WickedSisters must be in full swing. I think they are sisters. Zelena is the elder and wants to take everything away from Regina who grew up with Cora and became Queen.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I definitely think it is blood magic, I think it could even give Regina a magically induced disease to effect revenge personally. OOO I know I know. Zeleena somehwo knows that Regina has found Robin and this is a spell similar to the one put on Mrs. King George to make her infertile. Well its a thought at least.
