My mind just connects it even when it does not fit the song really. A while back I heard a song on the radio that made me think of Rumbelle, which I did not know the artists or title to post here. I finally heard it again and found out it was “Little talk” by Monsters and men. Oddly enough, that is the band that the show just used for the animated promo! Different song thouh.

“Just Give Me A Reason”
(feat. Nate Ruess)Right from the start
You were a thief
You stole my heart
And I your willing victim
I let you see the parts of me
That weren’t all that pretty
And with every touch you fixed themNow you’ve been talking in your sleep, oh, oh
Things you never say to me, oh, oh
Tell me that you’ve had enough
Of our love, our loveJust give me a reason
Just a little bit’s enough
Just a second we’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love again
It’s in the stars
It’s been written in the scars on our hearts
We’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love againI’m sorry I don’t understand
Where all of this is coming from
I thought that we were fine
(Oh, we had everything)
Your head is running wild again
My dear we still have everythin’
And it’s all in your mind
(Yeah but this is happenin’)You’ve been havin’ real bad dreams, oh, oh
You used to lie so close to me, oh, oh
There’s nothing more than empty sheets
Between our love, our love
Oh, our love, our loveJust give me a reason
Just a little bit’s enough
Just a second we’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love again
I never stopped
You’re still written in the scars on my heart
You’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love againOh, tear ducts and rust
I’ll fix it for us
We’re collecting dust
But our love’s enough
You’re holding it in
You’re pouring a drink
No nothing is as bad as it seems
We’ll come cleanJust give me a reason
Just a little bit’s enough
Just a second we’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love again
It’s in the stars
It’s been written in the scars on our hearts
That we’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love againJust give me a reason
Just a little bit’s enough
Just a second we’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love again
It’s in the stars
It’s been written in the scars on our hearts
That we’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love againOh, we can learn to love again
Oh, we can learn to love again
Oh, oh, that we’re not broken just bent
And we can learn to love againApril 24, 2013 at 5:41 pm #188381snowbelleParticipant“Jar of Hearts” by Christina Perri
My fiancé laughs, but every time I see a heart taken from someone, especially when it was Cora ripping out the heart, that is one of the first things that pops into my head! 😆"A man unwilling to fight for what he wants, deserves what he gets." -Hook

This song is fun and mentions a bunch of fairytale princesses in it. Any song that mentions fairytale characters reminds me of the show, even if it’s not directly related to the plot of the show, you know?April 24, 2013 at 10:44 pm #188454jbfrancisParticipantIf anyoe is interested in music that sounds like it might have come from FTL check out Canadian folk singer Lorenna Mckinnett. Really beautiful voice, very medieval sound. Youtube has some videos.

I never heard of it before and just fell in love with song lyrics. In a way it can fit for them. Granted he is only 300 or so years old and not a 1000 but at that point what is the difference. They are soul mates and meant to be.
