I don’t remember hearing it in the episode regarding the arrows, but didn’t Hook say that the dreamshade he used on Rumple was a concentrated dose of it? So that should make Charming’s go a lot slower I would think. Poor thing will be suffering and hiding it. *sniff*
“This plant is the source of the toxins I used on the Dark One. I used a concentrated dose. In its natural form, death will be much slower and far more painful.” I’d guess that the arrow tips were just dipped in the stuff, so Charming’s in for a whole world of pain.

Emma’s just admitted that she’s an orphan, as her first real step on her little journey of self discovery. The fact that they addressed her not truly accepting them as her parents, suggests to me that part of this journey will be eventually accepting that they are her parents, and they love her, and will always be there for her. Perhaps by the time she’s about ready to accept that, will be around the time that Charming can no longer hide his injury, and when Emma can tap into that emotion that’s necessary to fully accept her father, it will also allow her to generate the magic needed to heal him.
Perhaps?
I like how you’re thinking here, Phee. Maybe by forgiving her father for putting her in that portal, Emma will realize just how much he has sacrificed for her. Maybe forgiveness is a strong enough emotion to overcome even the most lethal of toxins on the island. If negative emotion is enough to cause a storm, might a daughter’s forgiveness be a strong enough emotion to reverse the poison of NL?

Others are engaged in hand to hand combat, but those two seemed to be the only two fending off arrows IMO. So I’m gonna say that the whole objective of that little fight was actually to get one of Emma’s parents poisoned.

Charming’s in trouble:
During our recent conversation with Ginnifer Goodwin, we asked how Charming’s deadly Dream Shade wound would play into upcoming episodes, and this was all she’d say: “I can tell you it is going to manifest itself — our writers are not kidding when they say that something is fatal. In these magical worlds, there aren’t easy remedies — it’s not like magic cures all. As we always say, all magic comes with a price. And therefore if they say that it’s bad, it’s bad.” Uh oh.October 7, 2013 at 9:07 am #214502RumplesGirlKeymasterTink or Emma. Those are my two predictions for “who saves Charming?” I am not worried in the slightest that Charming will really die.

Mr. Gold: It’s poison. It’s one of Hook’s own making. There’s no antidote in this world. It’s… It’s not from here. (from “The Queen is Dead”)
Just because there was no antidote in A Land Without Magic doesn’t preclude the possibility of there being an antidote in another world (i.e. Neverland). Also, if there were no cure whatsoever then Rumple would have said there is no known anti doe in ANY world. And since Charming and the gang are now in NL, which is indigenous to the dreamshade plant, then there must also exist a cure there since antidotes are made from the source of the poison.
ETA: I have a crack theory that Cora used the dreamshade poison to murder Queen Eva (though in a much more concentrated dose, judging by how quickly Eva died). It would be super painful for Snow to realize that the poison which killed her mother is now slowly killing her husband.

I think Charming will nearly die but be saved at the last minute.

i think it will be really fitting that regina helps save charmings life i hope they do that

Regina would want to get Henry, she wouldn’t allow herself to be saddled with a side quest. I could see Emma having to choose though between saving her father and her son.
