I don’t understand why David and Ruby didn’t take Spencer, drive up to the town border line and push him over it. Seems to be a very human way of dealing with someone who is dangerous. With his fairy tale memories gone, he’d pose no further threat. He’d be nothing more than an ornery old man. I certainly can’t be the only one who was yelling out “Don’t kill him David! Push him over the line!!!”
I was pretty much saying the same thing. That seems like the perfect solution.
It didn’t seem like David did anything with him. But you know, that seems to be somewhat true of their roles in fairytale land. Things weren’t handled through judicial procedure, but on a more personal level. Check, checkmate kinda interactions.
Red might need a snack?…. Nobody has to know
Just curious, if the DA is in jail for murder, who will get to prosecute the case?
Obviously he has a list of crimes he has committed–murder, attempted murder, tampering in an investigation, creating a mob, and framing Ruby, Also, trying to discredit Prince Charming. And considering the evidence that proves his guilt, the fact that he did not deny the charges, really makes for a pretty good case against him.
As for who would presecute the case, I am sure that they can appoint someone else for the DA’s position–temporarily or permanently. Though with the murder and the incident with the mob, it might be a while before they get to the case at all–Prince Charming is still trying to figure out how to find portal, there are still missing people, and a lot of people needing therapy. Overall, it won’t be for a while.
