Ok, I believe I’ve got few head canons coming from my own imagination:
a) Eric could be one of the Lost Ones, therefore he’s in NL. Meets Regina/Ursula and starts liking her. The lost ones are in various age, they’re boys and they’re adults (look at Felix). That would be really heart breaking for Ariel who is in SB. Belle and Ariel bond over J6 and Eric trying to find way how to get to them.
b) I don’t believe PP is the one who’s in charge of everything. I believe there must be someone above him. Maybe Wizard of Oz?
c) I’d like to see Rumple being pushed to make a choice between power and family (again!), but it might be too early in the game. Although, this time he chooses family and stop being the Dark One, so new Dark One appears? But I still believe it’s too early
d) Tink and Hook HookEd up 😉 (little crack theory)
e) Emma giving birth surrounded by fake doctors and nurses who are somebody else in reality and who convince her to give Henry away. Home Office? Because they know some day, she will break the curse, which will give them easy access to SB and FTL.
f) Hook revealing shocking news about his past, I want to be surprised! oh and I want Red back! and hopefully she will have some significant part at least in one episode.
g) Felix being more than he appears (I really like the actor who portrays and the way how he does it). And also same with Henry, more than he appears to be. I don’t think PP would easily give up his position, but maybe he wants to ‘steal’ the imagination from him? and speaking of NL, I am sure that we gonna see a shadow being ripped off from somebody.
Not really ‘deep’ head canons, but these things don’t come easy to me 😉 I am sure there will be more.

I actually agree. I think it would be a waste of storytelling not to have those two try to deal with their issues. I want to see them both take giant steps forward: Hook try to kill Rumple but not go through with it because he’s changing and no longer wants revenge; Rumple to accept his death and repent of how he wronged Hook. Then they can hug it out!
2) I want the Jolly Roger to become able to travel through realms independent of portals
Agreed. I like this. Next stop Oz!
orgot about adult bae. I am curious to see how they act around each other and how Rumple will react when he finds out that his cowardice sent his son into the arms of probably the last man he would want his son with. Rumple will flip out if he thinks Hook built a relationship with Bae. Note I didn’t say stole his son.
I don’t think anyone thinks Hook stole Bae. Were supposed to have CapatainFire scenes last year but then Colin hurt himself. I hope for them this year as well.

There a quite a few people on board the “someone else in charge” theory. I keep trying to shoot it down but maybe I really need to give it some thought.

I don’t want Rumple and Hook to hug it out. They can have uneasy truce, begrudging respect for the other. They can even work together if necessary, but Rumple will never be able to make it up to Hook. I would never expect or want Charming to hug it out with Snow’s murderer. It makes the surviving partner look bad and weak and lets Rumple to literally get away with murder.
Keeper of Hook and Emma's smoldering first kiss, a certain Pirate's sauciness, the Evil Queen's snarkiness, Grumpy's gruffness and a drop of true love to make it all go down smooth.

I had a little too much coffee this morning to really answer but let me try this again.
You’re right. My hug it out isn’t where it’s going to go. Obviously. I do think it will be an uneasy truce. I think they’ll come together more over Baelfire than anything else; they obviously both deeply care for him. I think the shadow thing is the same thing as with Regina, Cora, and Rumble ripping the hearts out.
Once the shadows are returned even PP’s I think things will change to the good.

I thought this from the beginning because I thought it was strange to have the dagger just setting around at the Duke’s palace so anyone can get it. I am thinking the Duke is behind this whole thing.
A couple of headcanon I got going on:
1. When PP takes a shadow, he takes the form of that person, so the “fugitive boy” we see Henry on the run with may actually be a fugitive until PP rips his shadow and takes his form.
2. Devin is Felix’s younger brother. It’s just a feeling that I’ve had for a while.
3. PP is going to kill Devin, turning Felix against him.
4. Charming is going to get his shadow ripped and PP is going to take his form. We see the JR6 on the boat with Henry, heading back to Storybrooke. All seems well, until we see Felix find the real Charming still in Neverland.
5. Charming and Felix are going to work together to get to Storybrooke.
All magic comes with a price!
