Where is Neal?

I think Neal is being held captive by Zelena either as a monkey or in a cage because he can then be used as a bargaining tool for many people who will be connected to other people who would want their loved one to be happy.. You have Rumple his father who is connected to Belle and then you have Emma his partner of sorts who is connected to Charming and Snow, there’s Henry his son who is connected to all those who have been mentioned and Regina, on top of this you have Tink who knows Neal/Bae and is in Storybrooke and there’s Hook as well. Neal is basically the perfect person to imprison as he has ties to everybody in some way, shape or form.

We were discussing the identity of the hooded figure in the EF in the 3×14 synopsis thread. Maybe he is played by Everick Golding, whom many of us think is playing the father of Rapunzel. He was definitely filming with Alexandra Metz, as evidenced by their tweets. He’s mysteriously unlisted in the synopsis, lending credence to the notion that he is playing a mysterious hooded figure in the flashbacks. That could mean if Neal is indeed the hooded figure in SB, he is a different hooded figure than the one in the EF flashbacks.
