Who Actually Knows About This Secret?

Rewatching this episode, I noticed something:

David and Mary Margaret keep trying to protect their secret, making sure that Cruella and Ursula don’t reveal it. However, they use Snowing’s blood to revive Mal because they wronged her the most.

However, Mal told Snow that Cruelsula didn’t know about her coming to Snow. Plus, David was asleep. So, exactly how did they know that Snow wronged her?

Snow and Charming and Mal obviously.

I guess Cruella and Ursula?????

How does Regina not know? She was literally stalking Snow and Charming for 9 months leading up the the curse. She kept peaking in on them, even when they were in the woods. So how did Snow and Charming go off her radar to do something evily.

And how is this not in the book?

At the point in Enchanted Forest when Mal enters Snowing’s bedroom, I think  Cruella and Ursula didn’t know Mal was going to be a mother.

But Cruella and Ursula in present day Storybrooke do know the truth, probably having figured it out when Mal had her baby.

I imagine when Snow told Mal that she wasn’t willing to work together, Mal went back to her friends, Cruella and Ursula, for help.

I expect there’s more to the story, but besides that–Cruella and Ursula have Rumple on their side for the moment, and he knows EVERYTHING.

I can see why this secret wasn’t revealed in the echo cave because a lot of people know about it, at least 5, so it’s not really a secret.
