Well it seems the townspeople are also confused as to who he is. On the new promo though it seems like he and Jefferson are affiliated so he’s possibly some kind of realm jumper as well.

Fingers crossed for Wizard of Oz!
Also, did you notice the flash of lightening hitting the tent in the new promo? Dr. Whale/Dr. Frakenstein so realm-jumped to FTL to create a monster by using lightening and a touch of magic. You see it at the 23-second mark:

K&H said in an interview that they have been giving us clues about Dr. Whale since early in S1. In The Shepherd (eps 6) Dr. Whale says to MM “I’m a hell of a doctor, huh?”
That is a quote from a the movie Extreme Measures. It has been compared to Frankenstein because of the premise.
Adding that to the other 17 clues pointing to Dr. Whale being Frankie sure makes it seem very possible.
I hope so. ‘Frankenstein’ is my favorite monster 🙂
I’m leaning toward the Frankenstein theory or at least it being a major misdirect like “Bae and Pinocchio” now too there’s a clip in the new promo a tent and what looks to be an experiment involving a body and lightening so that definitely lends itself to that theory.
After watching the promo, I’m more and more convinced that Dr. Whale is Dr. Frankie. We see EQ, Jefferson & Dr. Whale in the shots. My thinking is that this is how EQ met them both. She got Jefferson to travel to another realm in hopes of bringing back someone who could resurrect Daniel. Obvious choice, Dr. Frankenstein. Now it could be her father Henry under the sheets in that tent, but I’m thinking it happened much earlier on and that it’s Daniel.

That sounds like a spot on theory. I’m excited to see if this is the case now seeing as Daniel being the monster has been circulating the forum for a little while now

Thanks Tzierdt 🙂 Lil’Red and I were discussing it a little over a week ago. Who else would have motive for wanting Dr. Frankie here? Only EQ – for Daniel or her father Henry. Sort of validates how Dr. Frankie would fit into the story.

Hey GoldenKey 🙂 I love it! Dr Frankenstein resurrects Daniel. That would be a perfect reason to bring Frankie into the story. Totally on board with that. You know I love the Frankie theory 🙂
Gypsy, I’m sure we’ve discussed this off board before as well as we’ve discussed everything else! LOL! Love collaborating with you on our theories and we’ve worked hard on Frankie. I only hope it’s not another red herring. K&H are so good at doing that!
