I thought he was only in one episode? This is huge!!!
Yes huge! Chris Gorham is supposed to play someone important in the life of Emma Swan.
Why would she say that he was only there watching, not filming, though? Wasn’t it pretty late by the time Regina showed up? Like, after midnight late? Why would he choose to just hang around on set, after midnight, in the freezing cold, unless he was working? And why would he be standing so close if he wasn’t working? Why would he be up mingling with everyone else in the scene between takes if he was only there to stand back and watch them shooting? Makes more sense to me that he was actually there working, not just hanging out.
I think Kat was just covering her tracks. I think Chris Gorham was indeed filming, for the many good reasons you just described.

Also, did you notice in this pic Lana tweeted that she has on the same red gloves, and the WWW has on same green one?

Looking at the earlier group pics, I don’t see Gorham standing in the back of the crowd, like he appears to be if that’s an actual shot of Regina walking into the scene. So does he show up at the same time as Regina? Do the rest even know he’s there, (as in, do they even know he’s in town)? Or was he there the whole time and it’s just that he was out of shot for the previous photos? Either way, he’s there in SOME capacity, and I’m intrigued.
Something I just thought of while posting in another thread, regarding the pics of Hook and Henry. We don’t know where this campsite is, and what if it’s outside the SB border? What if there’s still a rule that keeps people trapped inside the town, and very few are exempt, and those few are Emma, Henry, (because they weren’t there when the town was re-created), and Hook, (who we know could get out of town to go to NYC, so whatever caused him to be able to do that could still be in effect). So if WW is after Regina, that potentially makes Henry a target, and if Henry can leave town but WW can’t, then the safest place for Henry is outside the SB border. And Emma obviously has stuff to do in town so she can’t leave, so Hook is the one who leaves town to go camping with Henry.

I just saw HE & RG wondering if Rumple is still wearing the cuff in chat. That got me wondering. We know that the cuff strips everyone of their powers. If Rumple is still wearing it, that means that the dark one’s powers are still blocked. So I’m wondering if the dagger would still be able to control him while he’s wearing the cuff…
I was thinking that he may be going along with whatever the witch is saying trying to get close to her and make her believe that she is controlling him. Then when the time comes, he’ll steel the dagger back and get someone to take the cuff off him. Then he’ll have his powers back and not have to worry about being controlled. Then he’s free to rejoin the group and try to take down the witch.
