They said mermaids couldn’t take others with them
Thought that might have been mentioned by someone, but couldn’t remember if it was on Twitter, or an interview, or if I was just imagining it.
Evidence and tweets show the death has already taken place by episode 3×17
We have nothing conclusive. The first person who said it was already filmed was a fan hanging around set who heard from someone, who probably heard from someone else, who probably heard from someone else that it had been filmed, and then they later changed their story and then deleted their tweets. Even if the cemetery pics ARE a funeral, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s THE funeral. Just because they’ve said a main character is dying, that doesn’t mean someone else hasn’t died as well. Happy’s fate has been in doubt since the Twitter drama. Maybe they’ll kill off Gorham’s character, considering he appeared to be in the scene in the street where WW and Regina were potentially throwing down. Basically, we know next to nothing about what’s actually been shot in relation to the death, or if it’s even happened yet, so there’s no way to be sure that it’s happened before 317.

I have to admit, if Eric wasn’t in the picture, I think Ariel/Hook would be a pretty cute coupling. And funny as well. I was never on the FishHook ship or whatever its called but I will admit that much v_v I will be very excited to see them interact with one another. I get the impression he has never met Ariel nor has he ever encountered a nice mermaid. Hmmm…. What if the death is Eric? Is he considered a major character? >> just throwing out crack theories. I’m so excited. I just know there’s something Hook needs Ariel to retrieve from another land, and it involves a backstory between Hook, Blackbeard, and the Jolly Roger. I hope it involves other mermaids as well as other magical sea creatures. Perhaps we’ll see why Hook dislikes mermaids.
Possibly Wicked is there trying to stop their plan, or maybe it’s a tit-for-tat agreement between the three of them, as in, you need this, I’ll help you, but in exchange, I need that. But if she’s there to foil the plan, I’m summoning Ursula to help them.
These spoilers are confusing and sometimes frustrating, but the story keeps getting better and better. I can’t wait till our journey begins again in March.
Perhaps we’ll see why Hook dislikes mermaids.
I hope so! I wanna see flashbacks showing how he came to be so distrusting of mermaids, along side him being willing to give Ariel the benefit of the doubt in present day. Because 1) character development, and 2) more mermaids are always good stuff, you can never have too many mermaids.
What I find curious is that the WW is there with them: two hero characters and the villain. And more to the point, two hero characters who have never interacted in-show before.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I like the theories going on about the scene and it does seem the two have had a past. Ariel may have played a part in Blackbeard’s demise, or a mermaid in general. Which could be why Hook holds a grudge against them.
I also could kind of get the feeling that they’re gonna use Ariel to prop up Captain Swan, just how Tink was.
