I think that if the writers decide to connect Aurora’s story to Oz, then Glinda the good witch could be a stand-in for one of the fairies who helped raise Aurora in Sleeping Beauty.
I think that may be so, Slurp. I always got the impression that Blue Fairy may be one of the fairies too. Perhaps Glinda is a stand in for Flora (the red one, right) because I believe Glinda lives in Quadling Country which is associated with the color red
Yeah good points.
My current thought is that Mulan and Aurora may have gone to Oz to get Philip’s soul back (I think there might be another dream connection going on) but I also like the idea of Glinda being one of Aurora’s good witches.
But here’s the rub: do we know that OUR Aurora is the one raised by fairies? Because we also know that our Aurora’s mother was cursed by Mal as well

They could go either way, really. It would probably make sense if Aurora was raised by fairies, in an attempt to prevent what happened to her mother also happening to her, especially if Maleficent started throwing around some, “You may have escaped my curse MrsAurora’sMother, but one day you’ll have a child, and I’ll come for them instead, and will have my revenge.”

Wow. We are getting down there. Pretty soon, we’re going to learn the titles of the last three and they’ll be done with this season.
^^ What if the reason Zelena is green is because she is another, competing dark one? Maybe there can exist multiple dark ones, each with his or her own dagger, simultaneously. Maybe the dagger we saw Zelena holding in BTS pics for 3×16 isn’t Rumple’s but her own? O__O
