It is silly but it bothers me that there is too much red in Belle’s hair, it makes Ariel’s hair stand out less. I liked the more warm brown hair color they had before.

Oh, that could explain why Belle seems to be upset with Ariel in the photos outside of Mr. Gold’s shop. For a curious mermaid like Ariel who loves human artifacts, Mr. Gold’s shop would be of supreme interest since it contains a million gizmos and gadgets.

But yes, in one of the interviews with Joanna, she did say that Ariel is a bit of a klepto who likes human things and sticks them in her bag. Which is totally in keeping with Disney where our little mermaid would go to sunken ship and find treasures and stick them in her red bag.

Oh, OK, people had been posting about Ariel’s bracelet, so I figured that’s what you were talking about as well. Considering that Belle’s bracelet isn’t something that even stands out, I figured it was just a basic accessory for her outfit. If a bracelet is gonna be a big plot point, it’ll be something obvious like Ariel’s. Belle’s bracelet goes with what she’s wearing, Ariel’s does not, it completely clashes, so the fact she’s still wearing it even when she changes the rest of her clothes, means it must have some significance.
Well to me it’s a big deal or a sweet deal if Gold sent Ariel to give her the bracelet…..or if she’s wearing gold in general to keep close to him. It’s a big deal that she wears his garters and his gloves……I love that, I find it romantic; it has nothing to do with being a plot point.
