I wonder whats going to make it a major tear jerker. I hope they are happy tears and not sad ones. I’m assuming it will be dealing with the title of ep and finding out how she got henry. Didn’t Adam mentions this is a Regina Centric episode?

Yep that wouldn’t surprise me if he doesn’t want to leave and then the last two episodes they’ll end up dealing with how to get him back and get out of there. No deaths of any kind please.
