So it’s not a script so much as a shooting schedule
Says they are filming at the address (915 W. Hasting St) on MONDAY the 18th
It’s a brief dialogue scene outside the NYC police station (that’s the important part)
It breaks down the hours that the trucks will be there for set up and clean up
It lists the streets that need to be used and when
And that’s it really.

I hope you’re right about none of us being right. Yet, the fact remains that some actors (4) were spotted filming in downtown Vancouver, which has been confirmed as being NYC. Now the question that remains is, why?
Agreed. So let’s run through options.
1) New Curse takes half back to EF and leaves half in our world. PROBLEM = Rumple and Belle apparently are part of this 4 which makes no sense
2) New Curse only takes some people to the EF. PROBLEM = yes, but why *those* ones? And why go to NYC
3) Some variation of #1 and #2 and the rest left here got to NYC. Reasons? Neal is missing (redundant). Henry is Missing (redundant)
4) We’re missing something major and all of us are wrong. They go to NYC to retrieve an object, not a person. Maybe the potion bottle.

Did he maybe use the compass and then it got dropped there so they go to retrieve it, but it is gone, along with Neal’s stuff? Home office being defunct it connects to something else (Oz threat?)

There were cops in those pics with Hook and Emma. I hadn’t looked too closely at the patch you can see on one of them, but just googled and it’s definitely an NYPD patch. So I guess they were the ones shooting on the steps of the police station too, though the pics we’ve seen of them are in a park, (which I’m now guessing is probably meant to be Central Park).
There were cops in those pics with Hook and Emma. I hadn’t looked too closely at the patch you can see on one of them, but just googled and it’s definitely an NYPD patch. So I guess they were the ones shooting on the steps of the police station too, though the pics we’ve seen of them are in a park, (which I’m now guessing is probably meant to be Central Park).
The cops being there is curious. Emma’s bails bondsperson skills could be coming into the foreground which is why I wonder what exactly she and Hook are doing there. I think she’s tracking someone, trying to find someone or something in relation to Neal. That is the only reason I could see for Emma, Hook, Rumple and Belle to be in NYC and the only person who ties all those other people together is Neal.
