Snow was pregnant 9 months before the Curse hit.

9 months before the Curse here is the location of everyone we’ve seen on set

Snowing–their castle

Belle = locked in Regina’s tower

Regina = FTL

Neal = NL

Hook = searching FTL for Rumple

Aurora = asleep

Philip = searching for Aurora with Mulan.

I wonder if this whole sequence is something to do with Neal. He’s the only one that has interacted with All the characters including Philip and Aurora. New York City Serenade also sounds like a Neal episode.

Yes now that we know this is for 312, we know it’s for an episode that many of us thought was a Neal centric. Now I’m wondering if 312 has no centric at all.
