I’m wondering if the ‘nice surprise’ that VCF hinted at could be Ruby re-appearing. I think she’s supposed to return for some of the second half of S3.

It’s worth pointing out that they let Bobby go back to Scotland several weeks before everyone else goes on break to spend extra time with his family since he’s from so far away.The tweet saying that is in the spoiler thread for TVLine Dec 5. So chances are there won’t be any Bobby on set for awhile.

She doesn’t look like any villain I’d recognize, and certainly doesn’t look like Cruella. Perhaps she’s a rogue fairy.

According to Phee over in the villain thread, the only thing that really stands out is an emerald necklace. Sorta like the one the Wicked Witch of the West wore in Oz the Great and powerful, released not too long ago.
