Belle and Archie had some scenes together recently. Granny can be seen in the background. I’m guessing this is BTS for 3×13 “Witch Hunt” which seems to take place in SB. The set looks to be like inside the town hall, where the citizens of SB gathered in S1 to elect Emma the new town sheriff.

Given that Belle is there, 313 has to be present day SB and not past. Unless it’s still an AU but I sorta doubt that.
I wonder if they are gathered together to try and figure out how to deal with the WWW.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"It can´t be SB in the past, becuase Emilie was filming with them at the town hall, and belle wasnt present in any city activities before the was broke and after because she was always with rumple and emma and mm were in EF and after she lost the memory and everything we know after. Regarding, Blue can be maybe a flashback.
Good point! So, even though 3×12 looks everybody including Belle and Neal were back in present-day SB in 3×12, it looks like everyone is back in present-day SB by 3×13. Also, it would seem Emma is back in town after her trip to NYC. So unless 3×12 really just is a one-time AU type episode, then perhaps this new curse will create a permanent portal between SB and EF, which would allow everyone to journey back and forth between worlds with ease. That would explain how Belle, Regina and Granny could be seen in EF in one episode and back in SB by the next episode.

Yeah, I’m almost certain that they’re back to filming present-day SB by 3×13, which makes me even more curious about the truth of 3×12.

313 seems to be a lot of our mains working indoors and therefore not getting a whole lot of pics. Bobby is apparently back in Scotland and I’m wondering if Colin made his way back to Ireland.
I wouldn’t worry about any rumours right now. Given that we’ve already had it confirmed that Bobby, as per the terms of his contract (I think) with Once has gone back to Scotland for Xmas earlier than the others, I wouldn’t be surprised if Colin has a similar deal. It only makes sense when they have to travel so far to see family.

The part of the dress matches that episodes wardrobe. Perhaps they got back Barbara to film some scenes for WL and Once 😛

Also, I’m wondering if Sean Maguire will become a series regular by the end of S3. If RH and Regina are ever going to make a lasting commitment to one another, then Sean really would have to sign a long-term contract at some point for him to have incentive as an actor to stick around.
