And the butterflies might be fitting for a younger character, which she’s supposed to be. But that’s lily white skin showing through the netting.

My thoughts exactly. But for some reason, I still think Prince Phillip is connected to Rapunzel because the crest on his breastplate is the same as the symbol of her kingdom in the Disney movie.
But if it is her, then the witch could be be using Rapunzels hair to stay young or create a potion that can make her green skin go away for awhile. That’s what Rapunzels hair was almost used for in “Into The Woods” (as a potion to make the witch beautiful again.
