Maybe but A and E have said that the jail stuff will come up again and with August coming back (maybe for this episode) the current theory is that this is that episode. It could be an August story that will encompass the Black Fairy and Neal at different periods of time.
The only thing is that does need to go into consideration is Ginny and how much time she can be expected to shoot. She will probably be about 6.5 or 7 months by then and her shooting schedule is likely to be lighter.

I can’t remember if the scene with August and his bike asking Neal to go to SB was cut or not. For the jail time maybe Emma, August and Snow talk about this together which I seriously doubt but would like to have Snow and David know the truth about Emma’s life more.

That pic of Pinocchio’s hat by the water was tweeted on Nov 5, which was when they were shooting 311, (VCF’s photos of the church were posted on Nov 5). We never saw Pinocchio, with or without his hat, in either 310 or 311. We know that during the shooting of 311, they also shot that Emma/Henry/Hook Bug scene, which was rumoured to be for 312, and now it seems that is the case.

My jaw dropped when I realized that Sneaky Fairy is real, but she’s just a fairy separate from Blue Fairy! Also, the sooner August shows up, the better!
