It’s very strange that he’s not with Belle and he’s following WW, but we truly don’t know anything; even without DO powers, he’s still brilliant and crafty. Who’s to say that he’s not toying with the WW? I’ve seen speculation that WW is controllig Gold. Honestly? I know th dagger did disappear, but the WW’s feud is with Regina, not him, so I honestly don’t think she’d be interested in it.
As to Rumbelle, this scene must be after their reunion or else why is Belle not flipping out, doing cartwheels? Perhaps he told her what’s going on?

Maybe Cora is the WW’s sister and that’s why she’s ticked off at Regina.

If her feud is with Regina then having Rumple under her control could go a long way in helping with her vengeance. If she could control Rumple she could do anything. As for Belle maybe she is happy to see him at first but she realizes that Rumple’s under the WW control. So maybe she’s gonna run up to him but she can tell something’s off so she stops…
