I’d have thought they might have started on 321 already, considering Adam tweeted the title for it. What date did they start shooting 320?
I agree that they’ve more than likely started filming 3×21. I think they started 3×20 a week ago from yesterday. And the filming pace has definitely sped up to about a new episode every 7-10 days before Ginny’s due date. I think that’s record fast since it used to be a new episode per every 2 weeks.

Now that I think about it, 321 makes sense. If 321 Snow Drifts is about Snow giving birth, then Dr.Whale would need to be on set. Have to see if he comes back on Monday.

I believe they tend to start episodes on Thursdays? So it sounds like we have some town folk in 321. Whale makes sense if this is Snow giving birth. So maybe Granny and the Dwarves can’t be far behind.

Filming per episode is roughly 7-8 days. For example, 320 actually started filming on a Monday, March 3rd. So it seems like it switches off between Mondays and Thursdays.

Interestingly, one of the ONCE followers in Vancouver spoke to Emilie and she was the one who told him that she’s been filming in studio a lot recently, which explains why she’s not been seen much. Hopefully she’s been filming with Bobby or maybe she’s filming “in the library”, with Belle using her brains (this could explain why she’s not with the other mains at the farmhouse…………I hope so!)
