So, I’m going to go with NO on the whole “rewrite the story so that Regina goes inside the tavern”

No Roland too since Robin will have never met Marian. This is not okay with me. I love the little hobbit person. He is the cutest thing ever.
Even if Regina meets Robin in the tavern I still think Charming and Snow would find each other. They are true love and soul mates. They would still have Emma and she would still meet Neal, because I believe they are really true love. Henry would be born but I think it would be under different circumstances.
Rumple could possibly get Mal involved in casting the curse. Without Regina becoming the EQ she would be the villain in the story.
This is actually extremely interesting if true. Mal’s curse would be more focused, hopefully, on Aurora and her mother perhaps, Mal would be mayor, Regina would be… School principal? 😛 and basically everything else would be the same…. Perhaps even Mal would be Henry’s adopted mother…. But idk how I feel about it all. Maybe SB will be an entirely different place. Rump only needed the curse to get here, not to specifically create a town… Hmm…. Idk. There’s a lot if things to dthink about when it comes down to it,a lot of factors that I dont think A&E would do. Another case of fans having better ideas than creators.

Like alternate scenarios being shown to her by someone possibly through a looking glass.
In order for Regina to get her happy ending she has to choose. Change the past, or, look to the future.
Henry is her partner in Operation Mongoose, but in this journey he may also be the price she would have to pay for her HEA.
I think she will see, or be shown, through some sort of looking glass, how changing her past would affect her friends and family, especially the no Henry part. I think she’s come to care for Emma, Snow, David enough that it wouldn’t be as easy as she thinks to grab her HEA if it means they lose theirs.
We will see a few scenarios playing out, in visions, but in the end, out of frustration, Regina will smash the glass and choose NOT to change the past. But I think she’ll learn that she definitely is worthy of a HEA. She will look to the book to write future stories for her. Not change the stories already written.

Oh yes, I almost forget that all magic comes with a price. If Regina wants to change her fate. The price has to be VERY steep. Probably more so than the curse. When she did tue curse or the second time she had to give up Henry, but now the price may be that he is never even born.

Once Upon A It’s A Wonderful Life 😛 but yeah. This sounds interesting. If anyone has ever played Marvel Ultimate Alliance, I assume it’ll be like the ending to that where you get to see the outcome of all the choices you made in brief flashes. So Regina goes to Book Writer person and he shows her how life would turn out if she had walked into the place and we get to see how everything in the past 3 seasons would have occurred pr not occured.

Technically…I have No idea how Snowing would meet, or even if they would be together. Charming was engaged to Abigail, and would have surely married her had he not ran into bandit Snow. Snow White would have been more than likely betrothed to some other Prince in another land. Soo…I’m 50% sure Emma would have never been born, thus she never meets Neal, thus no Henry. Something I think Regina will see happen, and not like knowing that her son will never be born had she met Robin.
Maleficent wouldn’t be able to cast the Dark Curse because she had nothing she loved…unless of course we count the Dark Pony. Zelena was a maybe to cast the curse. Ultimately….it’s going to have to be Regina to cast the curse so I think she’s going to choose her son’s life over her own possible HEA, and just choose to find it on her own in present day.
