About to drop my theory off here before I head to bed….I’ve got that WickedSisters type of vibe with this one, and I’m not as ecstatic about it….Considering Sean Maguire/Robin is off the Once set, and filming another movie, I’ve got the feeling that while some of Storybrooke is returning to the EF, Regina will send Robin home with Marian and Roland back to the EF around 4×11.

Ok I just OMGed out loud. There is actual proof right in front of me, on my screen, that Cruella is actually a thing. It seems that up until just now I was still not fully believing that she would appear. Even though it was confirmed already. Probably because I feel that Cruella on Once is very much Disney overload.
Did you know that Disney didn’t create Cruella? The film is actually based on a book.
I’m very curious how they are going to incorporate her since she comes from a land without magic and isn’t that much of a threat unless you have a pet with beautiful fur.
MY over riding theory is that the end of the series we will see a little HENRY ( filmed the first year of the series and saved in a vault.) reading in the corner of the library. He closes the books as he leaves…. a pile of books falls to the floor it is a book of fairy tales exactly like THE BOOK …. along with all the original books for all the stories in ONCE UPON A TIME.
Emma is the mom who is picking him up…. and Regina was his teacher / librarian…

His wife and kid, yes, but his family is larger than that. Even if he IS looking for a job in the UK, it may just be trying to line up a movie or something so he can go home to visit the family during hiatus and still have a gig to do.
looking at the pic of Cruella, Ursula, and Rumpel, it looks like Ursula and Rump are casting a spell and Cruella is just standing there…. But the thing for the final ep said there would be an embarrassment of witches… But it doesn’t seem as if she’s participating in the spell casting…. Hmmmm…
