Can’t be a flashback. Henry was never in Camelot. If it were just Regina or the FTL crew, id say flashback.

I think it does make sense. In my mind the ‘flashbacks’ this season will all be from their time in Camelot, which everyone traveled to in 5.01. So this scene is a flashback, but only from a couple of months ago. Like the Missing Year flashbacks.
