I think it does make sense. In my mind the ‘flashbacks’ this season will all be from their time in Camelot, which everyone traveled to in 5.01. So this scene is a flashback, but only from a couple of months ago. Like the Missing Year flashback
Right, but pretty sure Henry didn’t go with them in 501. Which is why it doesn’t make sense. Also, they weren’t in Camelot that long because they are back in SB by 502 unless episode 501 is extended beyond one day or thereabouts.

Technically Henry did go with the gang in 501.
I’ve got a feeling that there’s a portal in SB between Camelot and Storybrooke….Zelena can create them at will, so maybe she’s just popping them out when they need her to.

I actually think they are in Camelot for an extended period of time and we see that time through flashbacks. That is why we see the grey swan AND the black swan in the first two episodes.
So my thinking is….Zelena’s hijinks open a portal to Camelot. Everyone goes, including Zelena and the dwarfs
An extended amount of time passes in Camelot where the grey swan turns into the black swan
Something happens where everyone comes back to Storybrooke, including some of the Camelot folks

Well, then they probably are in Camelot for an extended period of time. Though it’s still really discombobulating for them to be swept up in 501, returned in 502 and then told that they were there for much longer than what was shown. Flashbacks are fine but they better stress in present day that they were in Camelot for longer.

There is one thing that would explain that, that camelot works like NARNIA, lots of time pass there, but on our world only seconds or minutes pass.

Yeah which they could do and might make some sense especially since 1) they can’t actually use Narnia and 2) they keep talking about Camelot having some sort of bizarre time differential

The thing with Narnia series, is we all know what narnia means and why time is so important in narnia universe and of course how the characters end.
