Lana is probably doing sword fighting for the EQ…and it’s the EQ in the hood.

Even tho Adam says is not for the premiere, that doesnt mean anything, the hooded person in the premiere, may have like a mask, fights Emma and only later is revealed that the hooded character is the Evil queen, so that way, the hooded person would be EQ but she would not be on the premiere, bc probably that person was done by some double.

Saw the screen shot of this on tumblr, which made me look for the original post to put it here, so i was right the hooded character really had a mask and the person fighting Emma was a stunt.

And after seeing Lana swordplay, I think it is true that the stranger could be the Evil Queen. Maybe in the end of the first episode, the hooded figure will appear, remove the hood, and the Evil Queen will be revealed.
