That’s definitely Cinderella’s step-sister, Mother Tremaine. Whether she is supposed to be the same character as Anastasia’s mother remains to be seen. It could be a recast. Based on the scene description, my guess is the other girl is Drizella. It looks like Mother Tremaine objects to her daughter’s relationship, which wouldn’t be surprising.

Aww she looks great. If she’s in SB, then I’m going to guess that Jasmine was in the Land of Untold Stories and was transported to SB via Hyde at the end of S5B. So how did she end up on Forgotten Character Island and how long was she there?
