If you click on the link the tweet, there are some more photos of Belle. And a little synopsis. Apparently he’s holding back on some sort of MAJOR spoilery pics.

My guess is Greg. Lana did mention that her favorite kill is coming up next season. I think it would be fitting if it’s him.
However, the three streaks makes me think that the kill is female. So maybe Tamara?
