I agree that it almost looks like they’re chasing after someone and then Belle turns around and angrily accuses Ariel of something.

Keeper of FelixI think Ariel (being captivated by human things) accidently let something loose from golds shop. And belle went running after it. That’s why Ariel is looking like “Oh.Em.Gee! Look at all this” while belle is like “GET BACK IN THE FISH TANK”
