Also, I love that Neal and Hook seem to really be getting along with the Charmings! Where is Regina though?

Emma is holding a lamp, it looks like the one from Peter Pan the Disney film when they capture Tink.
The lantern does seem similar to the one that Tink is typically inside, but with Rose on set, in costume (think I’m gonna call that look CammoTink), then she must be interacting with them when she’s human sized. Maybe she goes back and forth, riding along in the lantern, but hopping down onto the ground sometimes as well?
I’m growing very suspicious about where Regina is. First Ginny says that they haven’t worked together for a while, and now she’s not in the group shot. Hmmmmmm.

Maybe when Neal arrives in NL he brings Robin Hood with him. Adam and Eddy have been hinting left and right over the last few days that the way they interweave Regina and her new love interest is going to pay off big time. I’m thinking that though both are still in NL, RH and Regina could be off somewhere doing their thing in helping rescue Henry using different methods from the Charmings.

Yeah the shot is clearly a “who is working together” shot and Rumple will probably spend most of this season alone except for his imaginary Belle (eats plate full of cookies).
Regina is either off filming something else on the SB or FTL set or shes in a different part of NL, maybe with RH as Slurpeez suggested.

It sound like if RH is indeed Regina’s love interest that he is going to become a bigger part of the show. He could already be having a surprising and epic adventure with Regina.
