Who is YOUR favorite character and why ??

Rumple is one of the greatest characters of all time to me even with the less than stellar storytelling we got in 4-6.

i love Belle, but I’ve grown even more frustrated with her character arc (if you can even call it an arc) after season three than I am with Rumples.

I really like Charming. If you ignore the stupid dragon egg incident and the senseless death of Percival… He’s really a very likable man post season one. Though I agree that he along with all the heroes has an annoying tendency to be self righteous.

In this order:

1. Young Regina-so well played by a much older LP. It was so bittersweet to see the potential in her.

2. Mayor Regina-because she has shown so much growth. And the sword-fighting….amazing!

3. Bandit Snow-love her brand of ”tom-boyism”

4. Mad Hatter-simply because the actor was soooo goood.

5. Zelena-again because the actress was very good.

6. Granny-her no-nonsense approach allows her to not care about who people are and what people think.

7. Evil Queen has been demoted to bottom of this list, but is still on it. In the first and second season she was actually scary, but in seasons after that she was far too comical and immature and I could not take her seriously. Not only that but if you think about her timeline, it just made no sense in terms of character development. Sure, we all have our comical side, being laughed with or laughed at, but the difference was too stark.

I thought I was the only person who still liked Charming. LOL. I pretend most of S4B and S5 didn’t happen. Although the scene where he taught Regina to dance was sweet. Completely bizarre for Regina to not know how to dance but that’s another discussion.

I also liked Bandit Snow, Mayor Regina, Robin (at least the potential Robin), Rumple/S1-3 Gold, and Nealfire. I liked Emma at the beginning, and could hardly stand her by the end. I liked S2 Hook and most of S6 Hook.

A lot of the S1 characters I didn’t care one way or the other about at the beginning but missed them so much by the end. Archie, Jefferson, Ruby, Granny, even Whale… I just liked the depth they gave the town. I also felt like Aurora had a lot of potential before she dropped off the map.

I don’t mind Charming either, he was definitely the more likable of the Snowing relationship at least by the end.

Agree! I also would have liked to see more of Katherine and Fredrick OUAT kind of dropped that story line.  I also missed Leroy, Nova.  Would have been happy to never see Ashley/Cinderella  again and that was the one that kept on creeping back up although I did enjoy The Other Shoe.
