Well well well. @WickedRegal was right: Regina and Zelena are half sisters.
But…who is the father? Rumple? The Wizard? someone else?

If he knew she was Cora’s daughter and he was the father I can’t see him abandoning another child after what happened with Bae.

Whoever it is, I think Zelena killed her father to enact the Curse–just like Regina did in S1.
So whoever her father is, he’s dead. Therefore, not Leo or Rumple.
Smart money is on the Wizard who raised her in Oz.

I doubt it’ll be Rumple.
My preference would be that her father is the Wizard, who was a sham magician in a circus that passed through Cora’s village, and he charmed her and she fell for him, then he left and she discovered she was pregnant.
I’m with Phee. The Wizard conned his way around and had a quick affair with Cora and she got pregnant with Zelena. Cora sends the baby off to Oz and she by some twist of fate is raised by her real dad, whether she knew it was him or not.
I have a horrible feeling it’s going to be Rumple. If it is, then he couldn’t have known. He’s loyal to his family. He literally moved worlds to find one child. He wouldn’t do that at the expense of another. It will be retcon and we’ll hate it but I can see Adam and Eddy thinking it’s brilliant. Just no.
