I’m 95% convinced that Rumple is Zelena’s father. Cora and Rumple loved each other which is why Cora ripped out her own heart. BEFORE that little incident I think that they made a child, but just soon enough that she wouldn’t know she was pregnant when she left him. This is the reason why it was such a secret and why she abandoned Zelena without killing her (as we saw in OUAT Wonderland how Knave still cared about whether Ana lived or died even without his heart).
I believe this situation also caters to why Zelena is so messed up and powerful. She was conceived of love but born from a mother without a heart, that would make anyone crazy and desperate.
The “evidence” that Zelena had to use Rumple’s blood so she can’t be related would be pretty unimportant if she had no idea who her father was.

An she got pregnant way before her time with Snows dad but Snows mother ruined it an stole him away from her that’s why she hated Snows mom an decided she need to give up zalena soon after that she got into it with another king an she had to make straw into gold thread that’s when rumple came in… So I’m pretty sure it was the grounds keeper man what ever his name was
Also to clarify it was before she tore her heart out too… She did that bc she couldn’t bring herself to give up her dream an revenge for rumple… So she did have her heart when she had Zelena, Zelena is messed up bc her adoptive father was abusive to her an since Cora is her mother she got her powers from her just like regina did….
I don’t think the wizard is her father. If you pay attention to the first season with the original curse, it requires the heart of the thing you love the most which is why Regina chose her father. From what we know Zelena did not have that connection with either her real dad or her adoptive.
personally I’m hoping its rumple that way she would technically be his Second born and Belle will be able to keep her child but at this point who knows. Plus I’d love to see her back in this season
