Someone over on FB OUAT posted an excellent theory. Perhaps Henry gets recruited by the LOST Boys and runs off to Neverland.
We know he’s unhappy with family at the moment and is just ready to run.
Neal and Emma go after him. The season finale shows Neal and Emma just as they arrive into Neverland.
Next season opens up with their arrival and we then see flashbacks Neal, as young Bae, played by Dylan Schmid, as Peter Pan.
Great way to see Neverland and not have to see Peter Pan or Tink yet.

I think Emma, Henry and Neal will be in Neverland, with the possibility of Captain Hook and Tamara thrown in for good measure. Gotta keep the love triangles going. Or is it a love rectangle?

Now that we know Tamara and Greg have links to magic and Storybrooke, the threat of the outside world finding out about Storybrooke has been lessened to an extent.
Henry’s going to end up in Neverland because it would be the perfect way to introduce Peter Pan and the Lost Boys through him.
All magic comes with a price!
Keeper of FelixWell, the spoiler pics for 2×22 make it clear that Emma, Snow, Charming, Regina, Rumple, Hook, and maybe Belle are all aboard the Jolly Roger, presumably headed for Neverland. Neal and Henry may’ve already gone ahead of them.

I think we’re going to be saying goodbye to SB for awhile because it’s become pretty clear the entire cast is headed out. I’m not saying we won’t be back someday! SB is far too important to the story as a whole, but I for one am totally excited to see their take on Neverland.

Maybe they use another magical bean to go to the EF to reclaim it, while the core cast heads to Neverland as one big happy family in search of Henry.

That’s a fantastic question. I can’t see all the dwarves leaving Snow. Maybe all of them but Grumpy go back to the EF to reclaim. I just can’t see the writers separating Snow and Grumpy, if only cause Lee is such a great actor. *plus, I really want to see Grumpy dealing with the Lost Boys and mermaids…*
I can see Ruby and Granny leading the charge to reclaim the EF. And with Meghan Ory heading off to CBS, it’s the perfect excuse for why we won’t see her a whole lot. They can check in on the EF every so often to give the littlereds something, but it’s a really great exit for her.
