Who Would You Cast To Join The Show?

I’d love for them to do Mary Poppins but I can’t see it happening in S3, and I’d actually prefer it not to be a small cameo thing but a good old OUAT twist on the story.  I keep trying to think of an actress I’d like to see in the role or for Bert but nothing really comes to mind.

Since next year is the 50th anniversary of the release of Mary Poppins, I’d love to see them do a Mary Poppins episode and include a brief cameo of Dick Van Dyke and Julie Andrews, even if we only saw them for 5 seconds standing on a street corner.

Back when we first saw Bae hanging out in London, I wondered if maybe the Darlings lived in the same London as the Banks family.  Of course, since then we’ve had the whole RealLondon/FictionalLondon business between OUAT/Wonderland, so who knows which one the Banks family would live in.

But if at some point we were to go back to the Darlings in RealLondon, it would be kinda fun if they knew the Banks’.  Like, maybe Wendy is friends with Jane Banks who lives down the street, and Wendy is telling Jane about how PP came and took Bae away and she wishes she could find him and bring him back, and Jane is all, “Maybe our magical nanny Miss Poppins knows something that could help with that.” 😉

Disney owns the rights to the 1964 movie, but the not the name and image of Mary Poppins.

The family and heirs of Pamela Lyndon Travers, author of the Mary Poppins book series own the image and rights.

I have so many people I want on this show it’s not even funny! I don’t know who I’d cast as who though. I really would love to see Jack Davenport and Ioan Gruffudd on OUAT for some reason. I’ve seriously been wanting Oded Fehr as Jafar (if Jafar was ever an option to come on). But I was watching “Sinbad” on SyFy the other day, and Naveen Andrews is in it, and me and my sister instantly looked at each other and went, “Jafar!”

I would love to see Ioan Gruffudd back on TV again.  Ringer was fun in the beginning but became so convoluted and silly towards the end.

Keegan Connor Tracy said over the weekend that she wants Johnny Depp to play Peter Pan and she wants him to be the Blue Fairy’s true love.

I think the guy who played Desmond on Lost would be fantabulous for the role of Rumple’s dad!!!!!!And I love the idea of  Dom playing Peter Pan!!!! I would really,really love to see Michael Emerson on the show!I have no clue who he might play,but I think he’d be terrific if they ever got him away from shooting “Person of Interest.”
