Watched the episode tonight. What if the other person in the cage is Rumple? It looks like an ordinary cage like Neal’s, but I’m thinking, if it is Rumple — Pan could have done something to do it to repel magic so he would be powerless. Neal and Rumple would have no choice but to talk and work together to get out.

If it was Papastilskin it would be interesting because neither grandpa or grandson would know who the other was until perhaps Rumple himself came into the picture and then it would be a shock to all.

They need to explain how Pan and Merlin can coexist on the same little island without the place being an apocalyptic war zone. Maybe Pan won that war and took the enemy wizard prisoner. That could even be consistent with the Papastiltskin-in-the-box idea.

    Wait, what?

    Did I miss something?

In the episode with the sword in the stone, didn’t Charming say Camelot and Merlin were in Neverland? That part of Charming’s motivational story might not have been a lie, and he’s even met one of the knights of the round table, so he’d know the real story.

I think Pan and Merlin on the same island would get along like Shadows and Vorlons. And as for Papastiltskin and Merlin, the story is tighter (and costs less!) with one actor.

To my knowledge, no, Rumple never said that Camelot and/ore Merlin were in NL. I’m not sure where you got that idea.
