Who’s the oldest charactor?

Blue Fairy is easily the oldest character.

I would say Hook is younger than Rumple because it would make sense for Milah to leave Rumple for a younger man. Hook was offering Milah a life without responsibilities. It is a comman trait for youth to ignore responsibility and go off looking for fun and adventure.

I thought she left him because he was her true love…that and she wanted to see the world. I do agree that she was acting irresponsibly though…and selfish as well.
