Whose return?

What about the return = Fredrick in SB? maybe for some reason he went missing also?!? buhh… just throwing ideas…

There are five characters who are suppose to return. They are Baelfire, Belle, Graham / Huntsman, Maleficent and Kathyrn / Abigail. It is not likely Graham is returning as Graham; he died in front of Emma. He will be returning as the Huntsman because there is more to tell about that part of the Snow story. Baefire and Belle are returning because there are more to be said about the two in reference to Rumple. Maleficent….ditto. the return is in my opinion the return of Kathryn / Abigail because everyone is focusing on every single character but Kathryn/ Abigail. It is obvious by seeing the end of Stableboy. I was shocked to see Kathryn in the alley was anyone else? I knew she was not dead. One because there is no dea body. Two who gives a darn what the DNA result said. Did Emma perform the test herself???? Is she a medical expert???? Graham survived about 5 episodes without a heart before dying…..does anyone remember when as the Huntsman when she rips out his heart and tells her guards to bring him in her bedchamber and in Storybrooke what does she do when she goes into the Heart Chamber? She takes out who’s heart?……Graham’s / The Huntsman’s and what does she do to it?….. squeezes it, it…and he dies. This past arc was about Kathryn’s disappearence and Snow being the suspect, blah blah blah. There is really not too much focused on August, Bae or Belle but yet everyone is focused on them and not the “dead woman” or rather not so dead woman but possibly alive and possibly now heartless woman.

I agree I think someone is going to have to answer regarding that heart coming up positive as Kathryns when she is alive right in front of all of them…Cue the music for Emma to start believing cause you know this is going to bring back shades of Graham for her. My guess is that Henry runs right to his book and starts pointing out to Emma the similarities between Kathryn and Graham and Emma starts to connect the dots…at least heres to hoping she does

I like the idea that the whole it not being Kathryn’s heart might make Emma think about how Graham died.

I am glad EnchantedOne agrees with me. Just to add a little bit more to it…at the end of Stableboy, when Emma looks at Kathryn, she does seem different or at least changed in someway. Kathryn looked confused and who knows whatelse was done to her. We really do not know for sure how a person will act like after they had their heart ripped out. The Huntsman / Graham was immediately dragged out of the heart chamber and into Regina’s bed chamber and it did not give us enough time to gauge his emotions. Who knows whatelse was done to him as well. In the beginnning of the episode it was clear that Mr. Gold and Regina were conspiring to frame Mary Margaret but each probably for the same results but differing reasons. To put off the a missing Kathryn did not seem to be a one person job. It is not clear how much each of them know about it but is clear they both planned it.

Think of everyones names linking together : mary blanchard (blanche being white in french) red + ruby etc rumples sons full name is baelfire later in the series we see that Bae finds a way to possibly return rumple to the good man he was

Wow! You know make a great case for August being Baelfire. Everyone believes he’s is Pinnochio. Baelfire and Pinnochio were I felt the only plausible choices.

I’m going to agree with everyone who says The Return refers to Kathryn’s return…her popping up in that alley is going to throw a mean wrench into Regina’s plans, and we’ll probably see how it all plays out…

Yes, that was the most shocking thing about it. There was no suggestion to that being the last scene. Everyone for the most part have been saying Baelfire, Belle but forgot all about the one who began this major arc, Kathryn. How does either Belle or Baelfire change or effect this story. How does Kathryn’s return change this story? We all need to answer this question and thast will in turn answer who the return is about. I am willing to agree will another theory if I am wrong and admit that I was fooled if I am wrong but I think I am onto something.

I think that there are going to be two returns. Kathryn in the real world and someone else in the fairytale land.
