Kathryn’s return has to be HUGE!!! First off, it immediately gets Mary Margaret off the hook. Then, they’ll all want to know where in the world she’s been, and lastly, how they found Kathryn’s DNA in that heart. Let’s not forget Mary Margaret was two steps away from a trial. If we follow the story line that began with Kathryn’s disappearance, it stands to reason that The Return has to be about her.

Oh, absolutely! There could totally be a double meaning to it. And from what I’ve read in the episode description, I’m guessing it'll be Baelfire returning to see his father (supposedly to help his father give up his powers).
I just hope that the next episode is very real world centric and not mostly fairytale land. There seems to be a lot that they need to work on in the next episode what with Kathryn and Mary and also with August and Gold and with Gold and Regina. So real world parts all the way.
I actually don’t think that they are talking about Bae just because i think that the fairytale land parts are going to start right after the events of Desperate Souls and continue from there. It may be something to do with the return of Bae's mother or we may learn what happened to his mother. I don't know. I know that we know Bae is going to try and help Rumpel lose his power, but i don't really get what is going to happen in the fairytale land parts except i think we might learn what is between the Fairies and Rumpel.
Isn't Morraine goind to be in this episode? And isn't she the girl that was sent to war? If it is so then it could mean he return, right? 🙂
Oh yeah. It is the same girl from Desperate Souls. That is interesting. Maybe it is her returned from the war. I like that. I just have no idea what is going to happen in the fairytale land parts. Like i get what they are probably going to talk about, but we really don't have much information.
The Return, that suggests that someone left and has now come back. We don’t know that Bae left. We don’t know that Belle left. So how will there return be a real return when we do not know if they really left. We did know that that we saw Kathryn, then se was gone and now in the end of the Stableboy for under 1 minute we finally see her return. The return, not returns. We also are not clear if the return is refering to a person either. We ask ourselves the return of who or what?
Just as an aside note. Could Abigail be Sleeping Beauty? We saw Maleficent early in the season and Abigail does need a backstory. It will be a good way of bringing us back to the early episodes while reintroducing us to Maleficent without having to throw in a new character. We already know Abigail/ Kathryn but not enough. We know barely anything about Maleficent except what was said in her brief conversation/ witch fight between Regina. We do want to know Frederick and Midas’ deal. Perhaps show us Abigail’s mom–Queen Midas.
