    Wendy never said it only wanted boys, did she? She said it wanted a boy, as in at that moment in time, she wanted a boy, not a girl. I’m not sure completely. If it was only boys, I’d think it’s because *crackle crackle*… I got nothing. I think it’s something to do with being a kid.

    She said it wanted boys and someone asked Adam about this on Twitter and his answer makes me think that the Shadow does only want boys.

    I am guessing that PP was trying to start an Army, and therefore only wanted boys but I could be wrong.

    I really like the theory that the Shadow was specifically looking for Baelfire.

    What is strange why did the shadow wait 6 months latter to come for Bae, that shadow should have came just as soon as Bae arrived in England not till he was with the Darlings. ❓

    I certainly think the Shadow was looking for Bael. K&H said in the officail podcast that “a bit of magic certainly seemed to follow Bae…”

    the fact that they used the word FOLLOW really sums it up for me.

    1. the Shadow wanted Bae specifically.
    2. He lured Wendy out the window 1st, hoping Bae would come too.
    3. He brought Wendy back, and got Bae.

    So who does the Shadow belong to/work for?

    That still doesn’t answer the question as to why it didn’t get Bae before he went to Darlings house since he was in England for 6 months why did it wait ❓
