Actually, I don’t think that is Peter Pan’s shadow. Because he obviously knew about Henry, what he looked like, etc, but the shadow didn’t. He can’t have, or he wouldn’t have taken Baelfire. To me, it feels more like Felix and the lost boys are controlling the shadow. As if Peter Pan is leaving it to the lost boys to take part in his “game”.
(By the way, where did the name Felix come from? When did they ever mention the name Felix in the 2 episodes he’s been there? Or am I just confused? I don’t think they said the name Felix, but maybe I’ve just forgotten.)
He was called Felix on his casting call.
All magic comes with a price!
Keeper of FelixA and E have also called him Felix in podcasts and such.

I agree the shadow didn’t know and that comment still haunts me that Felix stated that PP will get him.
Yes that is why I thought it might be like a shapesfift or symbiote situation where Peter does not have full access to his memories and such, like the Hulk but less angry or Ruby as wolf but with more limited control.
