KeymasterCharming, being the noble Knight that he is, drank the magical waters of Neverland and his dreamshade wound was cured. But now he can never leave Neverland? Do you think the JR5 + Rumple + Neal + Tink can get him out? How do you see this playing out?

Yes, I think Charming will be able eventually to leave NL just as surely as he survived the poisoning. I think Henry will break the curse, or restore magic, or do something to believe that his Gramps can leave again.

ParticipantHenry’s belief that stick is a sword can cut both ways, perhaps all it takes is for him to believe Gramps will be all right.

KeymasterAgreed with Slurpeez and Storyteller. I think Henry will play a major role in this. (also hoping some pixie dust may come into it)

ParticipantHenry seems to be the person with the most faith, so I think he will be the one to officially heal Charming, and grant Tinkerbelle back her wings!

ModeratorIf I had to guess, perhaps the answer is drinking from Lake Nostos or the well in Storybrooke? Both have similar properties to the water shown in Neverland, so maybe each realm has their version of the same water?

Remember the August quote from “Frederick”
Water is a very powerful thing. Cultures as old as time have worshipped it. It flows throughout all lands, connecting the entire world. If anything had mystical properties – if anything had magic – well, I’d say it’d be water.
I think somehow Nostos and the water in NL are connected. Which means that while NL waters only work in NL maybe on Nostos water works in FTL.

ParticipantNo one leaves Neverland unless Pan allows it. A part of me feels that Pan will join their side as a nee villain rises. Maybe Felix. Maybe Chernabog. BUT anyway. I feel Pan can cure the illness permantely and allow one to leave NL. That’s what I think will happen

I don’t think the water in NL is the same as the water in Lake Nostos exactly, though they may be linked. The water of NL has the power to heal people but only while in NL. Whereas the water of Lake Nostos works both in the EF and our world. I started another thread called the Fountain of Youth which describes the magic specific to NL.

ParticipantI figure they’ll have a way around it, perhaps “the New Neverland” explains that, if Henry changes where NL is, to SB.
“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
