I’m not convinced that Phillip is dead. I think he’s still alive, it’s just that someone has to go and retrieve his soul. I don’t want him to be dead. He can’t be dead that fast.

but remember when the released the wraith, it was at the same place that they found Emma and Mary M. Which means that they came through the same time as the wraith. So, Isn’t it safe to assume that everything happened in Storybrooke, before Emma, Mary Margret, and the Wraith came through?

Now I’ve only watched the episode once, but it seemed to me like Phillip and Mulan knew a lot about the wraith and they had been dealing with it for a while. I’m thinking it’s either not the same wraith, or there was some messed up time thing with the portal and Emma and Snow came through a good time after the wraith, at least on the fairy tale side of things.

That’s what I think, Because Jefferson’s hat was able to move through time, but if it’s not being focused, then perhaps it’s a randomized process?

Ooh! And maybe that could also explain why Mulan was blaming them for bringing the wraith! At least I think she was. I was talking to my friend during that part so I only heard half of it…

Either way the wraith already got him so I don’t think if he comes back that he’ll be back for him again. Mulan is blaming them for the Wraith right? What if the wraith came through at a different time than Emma and Snow arrived? Like even though they all went through almost at once they still arrived all at different times? So the wraith arrived sometime before Sleeping Beauty woke up and then Snow and Emma arrive after Phillip has his soul sucked.

Wait, was there more than one wraith?
I had interpreted it as this:
Rumple uses his medallion to summon the wraith from wherever, it attacks Regina and gets sucked through the portal, followed my Emma and snow. The portal opens on the palace floor and the wraith comes out and attacks Phillip, followed by Emma and snow who remain in the hole unconscious until Mulan and Aurora notice them after there adventure. I need to rewatch it cause I could be totally wrong, but that’s how I interpreted it and it explains where the wraith went after storybrooke.

Ok I see people addressed this while I typed :)! I think maybe there have been more wraiths in fairytale land in the past and so they know how they work, but this specific one didnt come through until snow and Emma.
Or, if it’s the only prominent one, maybe it had been terrorizing ftl and rumple summened it away and then it returned through the portal?
